What is the difference between this course and the Mastermind?
The course is a “mini MBA” in business acquisitions and deal making and includes everything you need to successfully make your first deal, in as little time as possible.
It includes an in-depth video course taught by business acquisition experts Codie Sanchez and Ryan Snow.
For those looking for additional guidance and accountability, our Mastermind program is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs and investors. In addition to the course, you'll have access to live weekly Zoom calls, deal reviews, expert interviews, deal sourcing opportunities, and networking events to connect and collaborate with other business owners.

Will it work for someone who has just started?
Yes, we start from where we all started–from the beginning. We even have a module to help you determine what type of business to buy (since there are literally millions to choose from).
Don’t worry if you don’t know much about the industry or have had no previous experience - we'll take you through everything step by step.
Is having a large amount of cash a requirement for buying a business?
No, not at all.
What matters most is your ability to be creative. You can explore the option of "seller financing" which is explained in detail in the course. This financing option allows you to use the profits of the company you are purchasing to buy it. It might sound unconventional, but it's a common practice in such transactions.
Another option is to apply for a loan from the government, SBA, where you only need to put down 5%. Our course covers a wide range of innovative financing options.
What is the key difference in this course vs. all the others?
The key difference is the approach we take on this course.
Our Biz Buying Course takes you down one very specific path. We don't dump you into 15 hours of videos to listen to and then leave you to choose what to do and when to do it. We give you every step of the process, show you what to do, why to do it, how to do it, and give you templates and exercises to do each thing.
Then we give you the next step. That produces momentum, gives you small quick wins, and keeps you motivated and excited to keep going. All of which gives you confidence and increases your chances of reaching your goal.
It’s the same process we use to buy our own businesses, so we know it works (even during recessions).
Can the course concept be applied outside of the US?
Yes, absolutely. While SBA loans are specific to the US, there are a number of similar types of programs through local banks and through local governments that provide small business loans.

Will this course continue to be updated?
Yes! This is THE flagship course of Unconventional Acquisitions.
All updates are free for one year. After that, you can pay a small (discounted) fee for any future updates.
If I purchase the course now, can I upgrade to the Mastermind later?
Yes. You can upgrade to the Mastermind in the future when you’re ready and we’ll credit you the difference. It’s the perfect opportunity to test-drive the content.
How much time will this take to complete the course?
The course is self-paced. Once you complete one lesson, you can move on to the next. We recommend that you take about 4 weeks to complete it, but you can go faster. There are about 20 hours of total video, in 9 units.
What If I already am a business owner? Will the course still work for me?
It depends. Are you still hungry?
If so, yes! We’ve had existing entrepreneurs and business owners take our course to help them acquire additional businesses to add to their portfolios, or complement their existing businesses.
One of my personal goals right now is to acquire a property management company. I'm going to do that by following the system in this course.
Our Biz Buying system has been used to acquire businesses of all sizes from 4 to 8 figures. I don’t think anyone has done a 9-figure deal yet…but I’m waiting for that day to come.
